Water Problem:
This customer had a driven point well system which is just a screened-in piece of metal driven into the ground. Usually, the actual location of this point is not known because this is not commonly done today, and there is nothing visible on the surface like a drilled well. The shallow well pump was starting to fail and was providing intermittent water to the home. This customer also had very acidic water that is very common with surface water found in Maine.
