This customer just purchased a home and performed a water test. The water test showed elevated hardness and iron levels as well as arsenic and uranium. He also had the original pressure tank, which was waterlogged and causing the pump to short cycle.

FONTUS installed a new pressure tank followed by a water softener (not seen in the brine tank). A reverse osmosis tank, which effectively removes arsenic and uranium, was installed. However, because the arsenic level was so high and there could be multiple “types” of arsenic, we wanted to ensure the removal of any residual arsenic. Therefore, an under-the-counter unit was installed under the counter to feed the kitchen sink. This unit would feed the kitchen sink only and allow us to catch any remaining arsenic that made it through the first step, safeguarding the water consumed.
